Wyoming County International Speedway (WCIS), known as “The Bullring,” is a 1/3-mile oval located in the hills of Perry, New York. Originally built in 1960 as a dirt track called Perry Speedway, it was paved in 1968 and reinforced with a concrete retaining wall. In 1985, the asphalt surface was temporarily covered with dirt, returning the track to its original form for the next 13 years. The Majchrzak family purchased the facility in 1998, removing the dirt to restore the asphalt surface and revive close, competitive racing. Since then, WCIS has continued to thrive as a cornerstone of local motorsports. Throughout its history, races have been held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, keeping the Bullring’s legacy alive for generations of racing fans.
